Charlotte has been an invaluable part of Osceola County 4-H, dedicating more than 30 years of service as both a club leader and Horse Superintendent. Her long-standing commitment reflects not only her passion for youth development but also her deep knowledge of 4-H programming and equine education.
As a leader, Charlotte consistently creates a welcoming and supportive environment for club members, helping young people build confidence, responsibility, and leadership skills. She takes the time to mentor each participant, ensuring they feel encouraged to learn, grow, and succeed both within and beyond 4-H activities.
In her role as Horse Superintendent, Charlotte has played a critical part in organizing and maintaining high-quality horse programming at the county level. She goes above and beyond by coordinating and leading horse practices, allowing 4-H members to develop their riding abilities and properly prepare for the county fair. Her hands-on guidance helps youth improve their horsemanship, understand animal care, and gain valuable experience in a structured yet enjoyable setting.
Charlotte’s dedication also strengthens the sense of community within the 4-H program, as she fosters teamwork, respect, and a strong work ethic among participants. Her dedication, knowledge, and leadership have made a lasting impact on countless 4-H members over the years, strengthening the program and leaving a legacy of excellence in Osceola County.
