Since 2018, Erin Radcliffe has been a cornerstone of the 4-H community right here in Dickinson County. As the dedicated leader of the Groom n Bloom Club, Erin has poured her heart into shaping the lives of countless young people and the impact she has made is nothing short of remarkable.
From the very beginning, Erin has brought an unmatched work ethic and a genuine willingness to roll up her sleeves and do whatever the job demands. Whether that means getting her hands dirty alongside her club members or putting in the extra hours behind the scenes, Erin leads by example in every sense of the phrase. She doesn't just teach, she leads by example.
What truly sets Erin apart is her deep passion for guiding young people toward self-sufficiency. She challenges her 4-H'ers to push beyond their comfort zones, discover their strengths, and grow into the best versions of themselves. The lessons her members learn in Groom n Bloom extend far beyond the club itself, carrying into their personal lives, their futures, and the choices they make every day.
Above all, Erin leads with kindness. She creates a space where young people feel supported, encouraged, and believed in. Dickinson County is lucky to have her, and the 4-H members who have come through her club are better for it.
