Mike and Pam Meyers have been dedicated supporters of the 4-H program in Muscatine County for many years. They served as leaders of the Goshen Gladiators 4-H Club for 11 years, where they helped guide and mentor countless youth throughout their 4-H journeys.

In addition to their leadership, Mike and Pam generously opened up their farm to provide space for 4-H’ers who didn’t have facilities of their own to house livestock. For over seven years, they gave many youth the opportunity to care for and show animals—some for the very first time—helping them experience the full value of hands-on learning through agriculture.

Mike and Pam are proud parents of four grown children—Kelsey, Avery, Katie, and Brent—all of whom were active in 4-H. Mike was also a 4-H’er in his youth, and the family’s deep connection to the program continues to shine through their service and commitment.

The Meyers family lives just south of West Liberty, where they farm together with all four children and a son-in-law. Their diversified operation includes beef cattle, turkeys, and row crops. Each fall,

Mike, his sons, and his son-in-law also provide custom corn silage chopping services to more than 50 farmers across Muscatine County and surrounding areas.

Mike and Pam’s dedication to youth development, agriculture, and community embodies the true spirit of 4-H. We are proud to recognize their outstanding contributions with their induction into the 2025 Muscatine County 4-H Hall of Fame.
