Tracy has been a member of the Osceola County community for 27 years. During her time in Osceola County, she has been very involved with the county 4-H program. She has been an Extension Council member for four years and a 4-H club leader for one year.

Tracy has been a great attribute to the Osceola County 4-H program by helping put on static workshops that increased our static numbers to almost four times the previous year. At the 2023 Osceola County Fair, entries for static projects were at an all-time low bringing in just over 50 projects. A group of volunteers, including Tracy, set out to find a way to boost those numbers and get youth excited about static projects again. While the county youth coordinator position lay unfilled, Tracy and other gracious volunteers worked to set up a static workshop to offer to 4-Hers. While working on this static workshop, Tracy continued to encourage her 4-H club to work on static projects to ensure that they all had at least one project to exhibit at fair time. At the 2024 Osceola County Fair, all the hard work that went into the workshop paid off with static entries jumping to 186. In the 2023-2024 program year, Tracy stepped up to lead the Clover Kids afterschool program and did a tremendous job!

Tracy continues to bring enthusiasm, passion, and great ideas to the table to boost the 4-H program for the youth in Osceola County.

Osceola County 4-H is looking forward to watching Tracy inspire youth and bring her continued passion for youth development!
