Vicki Pruess epitomizes the essence of 4-H leadership and community dedication. As a devoted leader of the Harmony Hustlers 4-H club for over a decade from 2003-2016, Vicki nurtured generations of young participants, including her own three boys and multiple grandkids, instilling in them a passion for agriculture, community service, responsibility, and leadership.

Beyond her role as a leader, Vicki's commitment extends to her current position as the bucket bottle calf superintendent for the Cedar County Fair, where she enthusiastically engages with youth, fostering their love for animal care. In this role, Vicki interviews pre-4-H youth about their bottle bucket project and volunteers during the live show. Additionally, during the week of the Cedar County Fair, you can find Vicki in the beef barn helping with check-ins and weigh-ins and enjoying the week to see all the livestock and static projects from current 4-H members.

Her impact doesn't stop there; Vicki actively mentors new leaders, ensuring the club's enduring strength. Despite her many roles, Vicki remains rooted in the 4-H spirit, showcasing her talents at Floral Hall with her delicious baked goods and beautiful flowerpots, embodying the essence of a true 4-H mentor.
