Many volunteers help keep everything running smoothly at the Bremer County Fair. Many work in the background, ensuring everything is ready for all the youth exhibiting. If you happen to be around a 4-H event, you will see Jason and Michelle Lobeck helping wherever needed.
Jason and Michelle have been active volunteers in Bremer County for over fifteen years. Not only have they assisted with the sheep and goat committees and shows, Jason has been an active member of the Youth Advisory Committee for over ten years.
Jason also has been serving on the Bremer County Extension Council to impact his community more significantly. Jason and Michelle volunteer their time for the community's needs, share their knowledge, and demonstrate learning by doing. The whole family can be seen helping to set up and tear down backdrops they built so that all livestock exhibitors can have a backdrop for pictures.
Not only will you see their touch outside, but if you walk through the 4-H building to see all the state fair projects, Jason built all the platforms to display them. Whether out and about on the fairgrounds or in the 4-H building, you can see the Lobeck family's impact on Bremer County 4-H and FFA. Thank you, Jason and Michelle, for supporting and encouraging all youth.
