Joe and Denise Gaeta have been a great asset to the Muscatine County 4-H program and the Muscatine County 4-H horse project.Joe and Denise Gaeta

During their time in Muscatine County they have shown leadership and compassion for many years. Joe and Denise were leaders of the ’76 Wranglers 4-H club until their daughter completed her 4-H career. They both continue to be superintendents of the Muscatine County 4-H horse program. These two have spent many hot summer days at horse shows and cheering on 4-H’ers.

Joe is always willing to get the arena ready and put the barrels out. He is also willing to grab the horses and lead them into the arena when they didn’t want to go in themselves.

Denise also helps out at the horse shows doing whatever is needed. Joe works to get the arena ready all year long, no matter the weather. He truly is the “behind the scenes” guy, and deserves much appreciation. Past 4-H’ers have said, “It’s always fun to go back and talk to Joe about horse show memories and often times our horses wouldn’t go in the arena for anyone but Joe!”

Thank you, Joe and Denise for supporting the many         4-H’ers, future and past, that have gone through the 4-H program or horse program. Without their dedication to the Muscatine County 4-H horse program, it would not be where it is today.
