Cheryl Palsma has committed to being a 4-H club leader and the caring adult for countless 4-H’ers in Sioux County. The 4-H program depends on selfless people like Cheryl to willingly give back to the 4-H program.
Change is inevitable. Club names change. We no longer have the Reading Rough Riders or the Helping Hands. Fair projects have gone from Food and Nutrition and Home Improvement to including Robotics and Digital Storytelling. One thing that has not changed for the past 30 years, is Cheryl’s dedication to remain involved and to give back to the Sioux County 4-H program.
Cheryl, her children, and now her grandchildren, as well as many Sioux County 4-Hers can testify to her ability to help them reach the 4-H outcomes of personal life management through their goal setting, communication, leadership and citizenship.
