Pam Henderson has been a very active volunteer for the Hamilton County 4-H program for the past 30 years. She began her volunteer service during the time her children were involved in the Hamilton County 4-H program and has continued with her grandchildren’s participation.
Pam’s 4-H career began when she joined the Northeast Cheerie Chippers 4-H Club (which at the time was one of two girls’ livestock clubs in Hamilton County).
Since then she has served in many county volunteer positions – organizational leader for eight years for the Clear Lake Sailors 4-H Club, Hamilton County Extension Council member and chair, 4-H & Youth Committee member, Clover Kids leader, a Hamilton County 4-H Foundation board member and currently serves as the 4-H sewing project leader.
Her 30 years of service to the Hamilton County 4-H program has left an impact on many young people.
Pam is a true testament of one who BLEEDS GREEN and her strong belief is to keep this 100 year tradition alive and well. Hamilton County proudly selects her as our inductee for 2014.
