Rex and Debbie Gochenour of Missouri Valley are strong Harrison County 4-H supporters. Debbie was a 4-H’er, has been a 4-H volunteer leader, an Extension Council member and continues to help at fair each year. Rex is always ready to help with Farm Safety Day Camp. They are both a part of Gochenour Auctioneering: Debbie clerks and Rex calls sales along with his brother, nephew, son and son-in-law. Gochenour Auctioneering has auctioned off our apple pies and muffins at the Harrison County Fair for 30 years. Rex’s dad cried the first contest auction. Over the years, this auction has raised thousands of dollars for the Harrison County 4-H program. Rex and Debbie are also deeply involved in Boy Scouts and the Little Sioux Scout Ranch. They truly care about our youth!
