Ron and Becky Dreher were never 4-H’ers themselves, but have touched the lives of hundreds of youth through their work as 4-H volunteers. They started out as leaders for the Summit Super Stars 4-H Club. Their work was confined to the local level. They both served on the Youth Action Committee. The pair raised thousands of dollars to support the 4-H program, acted as chaperones for countless 4-H events often sleeping on the hard floor, and always the last to leave any 4-H event making sure every youth had a ride home and every inch of the floor was swept. They encouraged each of their three children: Randy, Emily, and Daniel during their 4-H careers, but also were champions for each and every 4-H’er.
