Ida County has a rich history as a leader in the livestock and agribusiness industries. Fred Krenk is one of those who influenced many young 4-H members that today are leaders in production agriculture, education, banking, veterinary medicine, agribusiness and may other endeavors. He was willing to donate his time and experience to help promote the 4-H program and its ideals. Fred would be pleased that today his grandchildren and great grandchildren continue their belief in the tradition of the 4-H program as leaders and members.
