Charlie and Julie Wisecup were both volunteer 4-H leaders in Harrison County. Charlie was a leader for 5 years from 1972-1977 and Julie was a leader for 25 years from 1967-1992. Charlie also spent 3 years on the 4-H & Youth Committee from 1986-1988. They are members of the 4H-400 Club, are major purchasers at our yearly 4-H pie and muffin auction and provide a field area for free parking during fair. They were also long-time members of the Harrison County Pork Producers, an organization that supported Harrison County 4-H’ers and their families for many years with a pork cook-out during fair and the sponsorship of fair trophies and showmanship plaques. Although no longer active 4-H leaders, they continue to support Harrison County 4-H in many other ways. We are pleased to have Charlie and Julie as part of our Harrison County 4-H family.
