Lee Barber was a leader in the Clinton County 4-H program for the DeWitt Hustlers in the 1960’s. He was a leader for a number of years and also worked with the youth enrolled in the dairy project area as a superintendent for the Clinton County Club Show. He is a dairy judge and enjoys working with the youth in counties across the state as well as other countries and is also a judge for the 4-H Dairy judging contest at the Iowa State Fair. Lee’s dedication to youth of Clinton County and the State of Iowa is why the 4-H program is so great.
