Sue’s contributions to the 4-H program are numerous. She was a 9 year member herself, attended ISU, and came back to Dickinson County where she served as a volunteer leader for 3 years. Sue has been an Extension Council member for 8 years and served as council chair for 2 years. Additionally Sue was elected to the IACEC board and served as chairperson for 2 years. Her involvement with youth in the community includes Kiwanis and church activities. Sue’s 4-H volunteer work continues throughout the year especially at fair time where she can be seen helping with static exhibit judging and livestock shows.
