Larry and RoseAnn Rowley have been heavily involved in 4-H for 34 years. After being leaders and parents of three 4-H sons (heavily involved in dairy and other projects), they have never stopped helping the 4-H program. Both are very involved in the Marion County 4-H and Youth Foundation, which raises money for youth activities in the county. This year alone, 25 senior active 4-H and FFA members each received a $300.00 cash scholarship from the Youth Foundation. The foundation also pays for ½ of the cost of camps, trips , etc that young people do throughout the year.
· 4-H leaders of Our Union 4-H club for 8 years
· supported 4-H dairy shows at state fair for Marion County
· judged numerous county fairs
· donated to Marion Co. for many years
· members of the county Friends of 4-H Youth Foundation
o Larry is the current 4-H Foundation President and
o RoseAnn has been the secretary & treasurer for the Foundation.
· helped with floats for parades
· helped with the yearly basketball county tournament
