Linda Chmelar has been an extremely valuable leader in 4-H for 21 years. She has donated so many hours to the program that we cannot count them. She has been very instrumental in lining up judges, ribbons and trophies for the county fair and has served on many county and state level committees. Dubuque County is honored to induct Linda into the 4-H Hall of Fame for her many years of quality service to the 4-H Program.
