Marvell Harmel served numerous years as the office assistant in the Cedar County Extension Office. She provided valuable information to all youth, parents and leaders who passed through the Extension Office doors. She had many late nights typing (before computers) all of the information and forms required prior and during the county fair. Marvell provided support to many Cedar County youth and adults during her years as the office assistant. Cedar County is honored to induct Marvell into the 2004 4-H Hall of Fame.
