Esther Mosher came from a 4-H family that included both parents as 4-H leaders. She was a 4-H member as a child and served as a club leader for 10 years in the Liscomb area. Esther was a member of the Marshall County Extension Council for 6 years.
Esther has been a fair judge for 48 years. She continues to judge at numerous counties and the Iowa State Fair. Esther has had a huge impact on the lives of thousands of 4-H’ers with her encouraging words and positive influence.
Esther is very active in her church, serves on the Liscomb City Council and the County election Board for Liscomb Township. She is also an Iowa master Farm Homemaker.
Esther Mosher is a teacher and role model for youth. Marshall County is proud to name her to the 4-H Hall of Fame for the 4-H Centennial Year. The county feels no one is more deserving of this honor than Esther.
