Twyla Evans, 4-H alumni, has been a 4-H leader for 10 years and a member of the 4-H Youth Committee for 14 years. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to being a volunteer in Lucas County. Twyla is also the hub of her family’s 4-H career.
Twyla has guided two generations of children as they worked in different project areas, exhibited at the fair, and kept their records. Lucas County 4-H would not be the same without Twlya.
