2002 Cedar County - Robert King KellyKing followed in the footsteps of his father and became a 4-H leader in 1962.  He volunteered as a leader of the Harmony Hustlers 4-H club for 30 years.  King and his wife Connie had three children participate in the community club program in Cedar County.

King has been involved in the regional leaders’ forum, has served as fair superintendent of the dairy show, is a great resource person and a valuable donor to the Cedar County youth program.  He received the Cedar County “Friend of 4-H Award” in 2000.
For several years King videotaped the conference judging day and all of the livestock shows during the county fair.  King makes tapes of the past fairs and current fairs available for viewing during the fair.

King is a great asset and supporter of the Cedar County youth program and the county appreciates his many years of volunteerism.
