Regan Freland

Regan Freland is the Development Officer for the Iowa 4-H Foundation. Growing up in Marshall County, her experience showing dairy cattle in 4-H sparked a lifelong passion for agriculture and leadership.

A graduate of Iowa State University, Regan previously served as the Membership and Outreach Coordinator for the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship’s Choose Iowa Program, helping connect Iowans with locally grown products. She also gained experience in donor relations as an intern with the Iowa State Fair Blue Ribbon Foundation.

Outside of her professional work, Regan enjoys coaching youth basketball with Kingdom Hoops and staying active through CrossFit.
