Leah Rodenberg is a Lead Community Affairs Specialist at Alliant Energy, overseeing the company’s philanthropy and engagement efforts in Iowa. She was raised on a farm in Gladbrook and is a 4-H alum from Tama County. Leah graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in journalism. In addition to the Iowa 4-H Foundation, she serves on a number of non-profit boards including: Hawkeye Area Community Action Program (HACAP) Board where she chairs the Food Reservoir Advisory Council; Marion Public Library Foundation Board Chair; Four Oaks Board of Directors, Women Lead Change Steering Committee; and the United Way of East Central Iowa Workplace Volunteer Council. Leah says about her 4-H experience: “4-H provided me with valuable learning experiences to gain leadership skills, exposed me to a variety of civic engagement opportunities and provided a fun way to meet and spend time with friends.” Leah and her husband, Tom, have two sons and reside in Marion.
