Kirk Glawe is as President of Communication Innovators, Inc., where he continues to share his expertise as a board member after more than 30 years in telecommunications. He and his wife, Kelly reside in Carlisle and have three children — Kallen, Carter, and Ben. A University of Northern Iowa graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Kirk is deeply engaged in his community through his service with the Carlisle School District Foundation and the Carlisle Area Dollars for Scholars program. A proud Polk County 4-H alum, Kirk was active in livestock, woodworking, and leadership projects, serving in every club office and on the County Council. He says, “I support 4-H today because it’s more than a youth program—it’s a community that shapes young people into capable, caring leaders.”
