Conner McCoy is a senior at Carlisle High School and a proud nine-year member of the Carlisle Trail Blazers 4-H Club in Warren County. As a two-year State 4-H Council member, National 4-H Congress and Conference delegate, and Iowa 4-H Reporter, Conner has represented Iowa 4-H at both state and national levels. He leads his club as president, organizing more than 10 community service projects annually, and has written multiple grants to fund initiatives like food pantry drives and youth garden projects. Conner plans to attend Wartburg College to study Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a minor in Communications. He says, “4-H is a huge part of my life and I wouldn’t be the person I am today without it—it’s taught me to lead, serve, and make a difference in my community.”
