Glen Hollister began his association with 4-H as a club member in Audubon County, and he continues to be an active part of Iowa 4-H today. Glen served as a Trustee of the Iowa 4-H Foundation for six years, including three years as Budget and Finance Chair and a term as President in 1997. In addition he was a member of the 4-H Camp New Kitchen and Meeting Room Building Committee as well as a member of the Building Committee for the new Extension and 4-H Building on the Iowa State University Campus. Glen also served on the Polk County Extension Council for seven years, including two years as president.
Glen is currently President of the Polk County 4-H & FFA Fair Association, capping twenty-five years as a board member. Glen also serves as Club Treasurer of the Des Moines Civitan Service Club.
