Rob Rudolphi to Serve on Iowa 4-H Foundation Board

AMES, IOWA- Rob Rudolphi, pork business consultant with Cargill, was welcomed to the Iowa 4-H Foundation Board of Trustees at their annual meeting on September 21, 2012 held at Pioneer in Johnston, Iowa.
Rudolphi resides in North Liberty with his wife Tara. He is a native of Williamsburg in Iowa County.

We have confidence we are in good hands as we implement our new strategic plan and undertake exciting capital projects to help propel Iowa 4-H. Their vision, creativity and expertise offer us the innovative leadership needed to continue to evolve and develop as a cultural organization,” said Kris Fish Kuhlmann, Executive Director of the Iowa 4-H Foundation.
Along with five other newly elected trustees, Rudolphi joins a board that has pledged to raise $2.4 million on behalf of the Iowa 4-H Foundation. The Iowa 4-H Foundation Board of Trustees is comprised of volunteers with varying experiences: Iowa State University Extension staff, private business and government professionals, farmers, community leaders, and State 4-H Council representatives and others.

The Iowa 4-H Foundation provides financial resources for youth development through 4-H. The 4-H Foundation also provides funds for overall support of the Iowa State University Extension and Outreach 4-H Youth Development Program, helping support volunteer recruitment and training, marketing and promotions for membership recruitment and the creation of new program partnerships, and support for program leadership, strategic planning and endowments for the future.
