2012 Hardin County- Staci Reifschneider

Staci Reifschneider took the 4-H Pledge to heart.  This gave her the ambition to give back with a lifetime of service to her family, church, community, and all aspects of her life.

Staci was a continuation of a generation of traditions exhibiting livestock, consumer science, communications, running for Hardin County Fair Queen, and other areas.  She not only participated in these areas, she excelled in them with leadership.  She intended to give back to 4-H and spread the experience of what she has learned and the wonderful opportunities 4-H has to offer.

From 4-H, Staci has been giving back to her community, her church, job, and the people of Hardin County.  Staci started service projects to help her community.  She has also been a Sunday School teacher, bible school teacher, and part of the church choir.  She works at the FSA office in Iowa Falls.  This shows how much she has led through her everyday life.

Staci decided she wanted her own children and members to have the same experience she had through 4-H.  This engaged her to become a 4-H leader and continued leadership for 20 years.  Staci is the leader of the Concord Sherman Champions 4-H Club.  She is always trying to think of new and exciting ideas to make 4-H fun and a great experience for the youth of Hardin County.  As a 4-H leader she has had many great achievements with her club.  She helps her club do numerous service projects that will better the community.  While being a 4-H leader, she also started the Hubbard-Radcliffe Clover Kids so she could get the youth involved and excited to participate when they were of age to join  4-H.  Her dedication and excitement of 4-H shows through her leadship in Hardin County 4-H.

Staci is a shining example of how a 4-H experience can bring joy, fulfillment, excitement, and happiness.  This is shown through her family and other lives that have been changed by her leadership.  Staci has enriched our lives and others by her kindness.
