Iowa 4-H Hall of Fame Inductees

Linda Coffman was a firm believer in what 4-H has to offer youth.  She was very involved in the Lucas County 4-H program, helping not only her own children, but members of the club she was a leader of and the neighborhood children.  Linda was a club leader from 1971 – 1986.  She continued to volunteer by helping with the county fair. 

Linda was committed to having Lucas County youth have a positive 4-H experience.  She became a member of the 4-H & Youth Committee in 1998, helping the program grow.  She served as a member through 2003. 

Linda was always willing to lend a helping hand whenever and wherever it was needed.  She quietly did what needed to be done and did not expect anything in return.  Linda was a great leader, not just of her club, but also in being a role model for all 4-H’ers in the county.
