Iowa 4-H Hall of Fame Inductees

Roger and Elaine Kleve have been dedicated volunteers in the Howard County 4-H Program for 30 years. Roger served as a 4-H Club Leader to the Space Age Farmers for over 20 years with Elaine’s support. Roger & Elaine’s five children were active 4-H members in 4-H with much attention focused on the dairy project. Their family work ethic and agricultural background continues to positively impact others. Elaine’s voice on the 4-H & Youth Committee for 10 years also helped make positive programming changes benefiting youth.
