Mitchell Bock was a founding member of the Hancock County Fair Board and served as Secretary/Treasurer then bookkeeper for over 30 years. He was a 4-H leader of the Ell Midgets and served as Dairy Superintendent.
Ida Mae Bock was a 4-H leader for many years for the South Ell Tip Toppers and served as a judge for several years at Local Achievement Shows. She was also Mitchell’s unofficial bookkeeper assistant.
