2007 Fayette County - Eldon & Wilda Ingamells

 

Eldon and Wilda IngamellsEldon and Wilda have both been great assets to the Fayette County 4-H program over the past several years.  Eldon served on the Fayette County Youth Committee from 1981 to 1989.  In Fayette County, Eldon is known as the “beef weigher” as he has weighed in all the market beef animals for several years both at the winter weigh-in and the summer weigh-in at the county fair.  Both Eldon and Wilda continue to be active in the Fayette County Cattlemen’s Association, Aurora Community Club, in which Wilda currently serves as secretary.  They are members of the Stanley Union Church serving on many committees.  They are the parents of two sons, Larry and Becky, of Oskaloosa) and Craig of Manchester).  They are the proud grandparents of Nicholas, age 5, and Brett, age 2.  Larry and Craig were both 9 year members of the Scott Hot Shots 4-H club in the Stanley community, which is a club that has been active in Fayette County for over 75 years.
