Iowa 4-H Hall of Fame Inductees

Charles has been a 4-H Leader in Dubuque County for 43 years.  Prior to that Charles was a 4-H member in Dubuque County and the first 4-H King in Dubuque.  Charles was superintendent for 4-H Beef for 25 years and is currently on the sheep, and record keeping committees.  He is also a Coordinator in the 4-H Building and an Advisor to the 4-H Ambassadors.  Charles has also been an evaluator for area and state 4-H record awards, a chaperone to State 4-H Conference and Citizenship Washington D.C.
