Wayne has provided support to the 4-H program where and when needed. He has frequently been “the” male chaperone at events that include National Conference and Congress, many years at State Conference, summer camps, county events and almost any other activity that was short a chaperone.
Wayne has participated on almost all non-livestock county committees. He has supported 4-H as a county fair board member for twenty years and was a county, state, and national extension council member. Wayne hopes that his contribution has helped a dedicated extension staff make life changing opportunities available to many 4-H youth.
