Ralph is in his 40th year as a club leader in Marion County. He was made an honorary alumni member in 1999. Ralph started out in 4-H when girls had to wear uniforms and the dairy show at the fair was a big event. His involvement encouraged all his children to be a part of 4-H and now his grandchildren are also involved. Ralph is still a very willing volunteer for 4-H and the fair.
