Elfrieda Saylor served as a 4-H leader in Pocahontas County from 1959-1962 and 1974 to 1982. She has served many Extension volunteer roles including the youth committee, achievement show judge, the Extension Council, and Citizens for Extension Advisory Committee. She served on the fair board for 3 years and then became the fair board manager for ten years.
Elfrieda has been a dedicated 4-H and Extension volunteer for Pocahontas County throughout her life.
