2019 Osceola County: Roxanne Hayenga

Inspiring youth has always been a mission of the 4-H program. When it comes to inspiring youth to lead, grow, create and serve, Roxanne Hayenga truly excels.

After serving as the Osceola County Director, Roxanne continues to serve Osceola County as a 4-H Lego League leader.  She allows youth to design and direct their own paths, as well as grow at their own speed and in their own direction.  Watching Roxanne serve as a club leader is inspiring, and working alongside her as a volunteer is motivating and encouraging.

She has quickly become not only an asset to 4-H, but a force for youth in the community.  She volunteers tirelessly to advance opportunities for youth in Osceola County.  She is often found walking alongside her sons in their activities, ensuring that other adult volunteers she works with are also doing their best to make our best better!

Knowing Roxanne is a volunteer ensures our 4-H programs are encompassing the 4-H equation.
