Iowa 4-H Hall of Fame Inductees

Elsie Mae was an extension agent in Hancock and Winnebago Counties from 1947-1979. As an extension home economist she was directly involved with 4-H club youth and leaders in developing and providing educational lessons. She was a role model for many of our current 4-H leaders in the county. Elsie Mae continues her support of the program and the important life skills 4-H members learn by being involved.
