Paul Lane has always been a strong supporter and believer in the 4-H program.
He was a member of the Missouri Valley Hot Shots 4-H Club. Ever since then, he has supported the county 4-H program.
Paul always attends the Harrison County Fair each year, even when he worked in Kansas City.
Since retiring he refurbished a barn for youth groups to hold activities.
Paul has shared ideas to improve and market the Harrison County 4-H program.
