Rose began her involvement in 4-H as a Black Hawk County 7 year member in the Orange Blossoms 4-H Club.. She became 4-H leader for the Bright Eagles 4-H Club for 3 years and for the past 32 years has been the Horse and Pony Project leader and Fair Superintendent....
