Richard Sammons was passionate about the Southern Iowa Fair.
In high school, he was a member of the Eddyville FFA chapter. After high school, he married his wife Julie. They became parents of a daughter, Tayler.
Taylor was active in 4-H and FFA, so Richard became involved with her projects...
