Karlton Eberling is an excellent example of a leader in the Iowa 4-H program. Karlton farmed all of his life on a dairy farm near Postville, Iowa. He was a 4H leader for 18 years. He also served terms on the Allamakee 4-H Youth Committee and Allamakee County Extension Council....
