Lowell and Marge Dohlman from Howard county have been active within 4-H in every way since their youth.
They were members, club leaders, judges, Youth Development Committee members, Alumni Committee members, project leaders, Clover Kid leaders and as they would probably say their most important role – they were 4-H parents.
