Employee Matching Gift Programs can double or even triple your charitable contribution. Check with the human resources department to find out if the Iowa 4-H Foundation qualifies for your company's matching gift program. Then complete the necessary forms for your employer to match your gift to 4-H.

Note: The Iowa 4-H Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. We represent an educational program serving young people in grades K-12. If your company only matches to higher educational institutions, you can make your check payable to the Iowa State University Foundation and designate your gift to 4-H.

Services or Gifts in Kind allow donors to support Iowa 4-H’ers with professional services or material goods. Examples of donated services might include consulting, graphic design, printing, painting, electrical/mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, food catering, and transportation. Material goods donated to the 4-H Foundation have included ice cream, golf balls, microwaves, furniture, canoes, art, and everything in between. The fair market value of the item or service donated qualifies as a charitable contribution to 4-H.
